Our promise

If your glassware arrives broken or damaged, we'll replace it or refund it free of charge. Every order is packed with protective wrapping and sent with DPD or InPost, but glass occasionally breaks in transit, and when it does we'll put it right quickly.

This policy covers orders placed directly on our website. Orders placed through Amazon are handled through Amazon's own returns and damage process.

How to report a breakage

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with the courier.

  1. Email us with your order number and which items are damaged.
  2. Attach clear photos of the broken items, the inner packaging, and the outer box showing the delivery label.
  3. Keep the damaged items and packaging until we confirm your claim. We won't usually ask you to send broken glass back.

If a parcel looks badly damaged when it arrives, please note this with the driver or take a photo before opening it. Please handle broken glass carefully.t.
