How long will it take to get my order?
If you order before 14:00, your order will be dispatched the same day, for next day delivery. Weekend or orders after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day using next day delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
We only offer next day delivery on UK orders, if you require shipping abroad, please contact sales@glasswareuk.co.uk
What if my items are damaged?
We pack our glass to the highest standard to minimise damage whilst in transit, however, should your glass arrive broken, please take a photo and email us at sales@glasswareuk.co.uk. We can then arrange for a new item to be dispatched immediately, free of charge.
How can I track my order?
Most of our parcels are delivered using DPD next day delivery, a tracking number will be assigned to your parcel and sent to you on dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging
Can you personalise the glass?
