I cannot rate the customer service team enough. Sadly some of the glass we received had been damaged in transit but the team were able to send out a replacement shipment in record time. They're really lovely to deal with and talk to and great at their jobs. The quality of the glass is great and really sturdy. I'm actually on my way now to order some more, these guys are my go to for glass tankards.
