Delivery options (UK mainland)

 

Dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend or on a bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day. Next Day delivery means the working day after dispatch, so a Friday afternoon order arrives on Tuesday.

Tracking. You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Remote areas. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands can take 2-3 working days. We currently cannot send to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands due to courier restrictions but we are working on this to try and find a resolution.

Christmas and New Year. Last order dates for 2 Day Service: Monday 21 December for Christmas delivery and Sunday 27 December for New Year delivery. Last order dates for Next Day: Wednesday 23 December (before 2pm) for Christmas delivery and Monday 28 December for New Year delivery. Orders after these dates are dispatched as normal but we can’t guarantee delivery in time.

Arrived broken? Every order is packed with recycled protective packaging, but glass can occasionally break in transit. If anything arrives damaged, email sales@glasswareuk.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the box, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don’t need to send the broken item back.
